Debbie Matters

Your Communication Matters Inc. strives to "Empower Everyone to Communicate Effectively".  With this mandate in mind, Debbie Matters builds on the skills, knowledge and experience already possessed by participants to enhance awareness, understanding and the ability to use strategies and techniques in challenging situations.  She brings knowledge and experience as a former teacher, who held positions in the pharmaceutical and financial industries, into the customization and delivery of interactive, educational programs. 

Debbie is a member the Canadian Association for Professional Speakers, an Editorial Board member of IMPACT of speaking, and an Executive Board member of Longboat Roadrunners.  Having completed numerous marathons and triathlons including Ironman Canada, she has the determination, passion and conviction for getting the job done right while optimizing the experience and development of participants.
