Get to Know Kimberly Lyall:

Kimberly ‘Lights up Leaders’! Audiences say they feel full of hope, light, and like they can overcome any obstacle after hearing her speak.

For over 25 years Kimberly has inspired audiences with her intoxicating blend of energy and insights. An specialist in transformational leadership and resilience, Kimberly shares strategies that shift mindsets, fuel action, and create results

Kimberly became a CEO at the age of 26 years only to have an employee commit fraud, then die by suicide. She rebuilt the organization into a powerhouse yet was fired when she stood up to harassment. During the 7-year legal battle that followed, Kimberly led ground-breaking, award-winning work, and ran for office, while caregiving for her terminally ill husband. Today she renews hope by sharing her hard-won insights about purpose, leadership, and resilience with audiences around the world.
