Hi everybody, it’s Beverly and it’s Rob.
We are in Montreal for the CAPS Quebec event tomorrow night.
I can’t wait.
One of the best parts of being the CAPS national president are the chapter visits.
And so we are going to have an amazing event tomorrow, right?
We are Beverly can’t wait.
And we are right in front of Notre Dame Cathedral, one of the greatest spots in Montreal.
Awesome.
I’ll tell you more about all the things that we’re doing at CAPS in just a moment.
One of the best parts about being president is going to each of the different chapters.
And I am so glad that you have been creative in bringing these events because nobody wants to hear me drone on and on.
So saying that, we have 11 new members that have signed up since April.
So I’ve sent out 11 new welcome to CAPS messages.
We need to be better.
We need to reach out and tell people about CAPS.
We need to stop being the best CAP secret.
I reached out, you know, because of these chapter visit,s to almost 1000 people on LinkedIn.
What if we all did that? What if we all reached out and said, hey, come to CAPS.
This is what I love about it.
This is what it’s done for my business.
This is why I think you should be a member.
And so if some more of us did that, just think of all of the possibilities because it really is about those limitless possibilities that we can bring to each other.
Now I want to talk about two people, two people in particular on our board right now and give some kudos and some shout outs because you may have heard a little bit about them, Denis Boudreaux and Nathalie Plamadon-Thomas.
They have been amazing.
They are on our board right now and they are responsible for the Academy, all of our marketing, all of our social media, DEI.
There are so many things they have their fingers in, including our digital strategy.
That new website, it’s coming.
I promise in a couple of weeks you’re going to see how amazing the work that all of all of our volunteers and Lauren Pibworth and Azadeh have put into making this the over and facing.
But I want to go back to Denis and Nathalie because you might not know a couple of things about them.
Nathalie, first of all, everybody knows Natalie’s energy, the Energizer button, but she put her business online before it was really the cool kid thing to do so before COVID and said that was one of the best things that she’s done.
And something you don’t know about Denis is that he is a dungeons and dragon enthusiast.
They have been amazing.

So some things that there’s always secrets, there’s always those little neat pieces of who we are, not just about our business, but they a they add to the and the colour of who we are. So check them out, say thank you, reach out to them if you have questions.
Nathalie And Denis wanted me to tell you that, hey, they have a lot of free tools that you can download from the Academy. So please make sure that you make use of all of the good stuff that they’re putting out there.
